Spring and I was over joyed with the thoughts of a garden full of fresh vegetables. Carefully, I planned. With everything fixed in my mind, I went shopping, looking for the healthiest and strongest plants. The garden was tilled, federalized and ready to go. Tenderly I planted my plants, smiling because of the sun and rain. As they grew, I hoed. Everything was beautiful. Then I woke up one morning, went out to look at my thriving garden. To my horror, parts of the plants were gone. I researched and add everything to my garden to rid it of the rabbits and deer. They started striving again. I had to make a trip out of town for a week. When I came back everything was gone. It was like they had a party and invited friends. Everything was gone.
So now you are asking what does this have to do with photography. We all plan carefully, mark where we are going and are excited about the pictures we are going to get, only to find out when we get there it’s raining, not raining. The sun is not right, clouds should be there. A hundred and one things can go wrong and usually does. But we also need to remember to look further than what we imagined and there we will find something different, but just as good.
With me and my garden, I were able to dig some potatoes and onions. Best of all, my neighbors show my hard work and shared with me.
